About the role
Join Twelve Labs as Product Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering team and play a central role in shaping the future of AI deployments across various industries including media and entertainment, sports, and physical security.
Our Forward Deployed Engineering team works hands-on with customers to rapidly identify their most critical challenges and develop cutting-edge solutions using our proprietary video foundation models to close the last-mile gap in Enterprise AI adoption in the multimodal space.
As Product Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge video understanding solutions for enterprise and public sector clients. You will be responsible for managing all project phases, from inception through to delivery and support, ensuring alignment with both client needs and our strategic objectives.
In this role, you will
Define and Prove – You will bring together insight and build market analysis that provides the data to enter or change new markets through a clear value proposition for your product
Market Intelligence – Understand your customers and further their needs through roadmaps and priority setting
Build and Deliver - Work closely with engineering and modeling team to coordinate requirements and priorities based on customer needs whilst aligning them with company-wide core technological roadmap
Sense and Respond - Engage customers, understand product quality, and monitor critical bugs
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years of API or SaaS product management experience
Proven experience in project management in a technology-driven environment
Experience and familiarity with scientific computing and AI applicationsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in client-facing roles, ideally with enterprise-level project management
Ability to analyze user data on both quantitative and qualitative basis to derive insights
